Module Reliability Testing

High and Low Temperature Tests

  1. Low Temperature Test

    • a) The RF module should be installed in its normal configuration (i.e., fully assembled according to the normal installation structure), and placed in the test chamber while operating normally;
    • b) The test chamber temperature should be stable at -25℃;
    • c) After the temperature inside the test chamber stabilizes, continue the test for 2 hours, then power on the RF module and test the maximum output power, frequency offset, and current parameters according to the technical requirements.

High Temperature Test

  • a) The RF module should be installed in its normal configuration (i.e., fully assembled according to the normal installation structure), and placed in the test chamber while operating normally;
  • b) The test chamber temperature should be stable at 55℃;
  • c) After the temperature inside the test chamber stabilizes, continue the test for 2 hours, then power on the device and test the maximum output power, frequency offset, and current parameters according to the technical requirements.

Module Aging Test

  1. The RF module should be installed in its normal configuration (i.e., fully assembled according to the normal installation structure), and placed on the aging rack while operating normally.
  2. After 48 hours of continuous aging, perform routine parameter tests.
