Production Line

Introduction to the Company's Equipment Production Line

The company's equipment production line focuses on the core objectives of "precision manufacturing, controllable quality, and efficient delivery". It covers three core links: core component assembly, system integration, and multi-dimensional testing, enabling full-process standardized production from parts to finished equipment. The production line is compatible with various products such as portable countermeasure rifles, fixed integrated detection and countermeasure machines, and mobile countermeasure vehicles, meeting the equipment needs of different scenarios including airports, government venues, and border control.

Staffed with 12 senior production technicians and 8 full-time quality inspectors, the production line adopts a combined mode of "automated equipment + manual refined operation":

  • In the core component assembly link, automated welding machines and laser calibrators are used to ensure the assembly accuracy of key components (such as radio frequency modules and radar assemblies) reaches 0.02mm, preventing manual errors from affecting equipment performance;
  • In the system integration link, dedicated personnel conduct joint debugging of detection modules, countermeasure modules, and control software in accordance with product technical specifications, ensuring the equipment can realize the full-process operation of "detection-identification-countermeasure" immediately after startup.

Meanwhile, the production line has established a "three-level quality inspection system" to guarantee quality:

  • First-piece inspection: Full-performance testing is conducted on the first assembled equipment every day to verify whether core parameters (such as detection distance and jamming intensity) meet the standards;
  • Batch sampling inspection: 10% of the equipment is randomly selected to test stability under simulated extreme environments (including high temperature, low temperature, and humidity);
  • Final factory inspection: Actual combat scenarios (e.g., simulating the illegal intrusion trajectory of UAVs) are used to verify the equipment's response speed and countermeasure effect, ensuring 100% of the equipment leaves the factory with qualification.
OEM/ODM
OEM/ODM Services of the UAV Countermeasure Company
Backed by its accumulated core technologies in the UAV countermeasure field, along with standardized production capabilities and full-chain R&D expertise, the company offers flexibly adaptable OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services to global clients. These services cover a complete range of products, including portable countermeasure devices, fixed integrated detection & countermeasure machines, and low-altitude monitoring & early warning systems. Customized development is available to meet specific needs, helping partners efficiently establish a presence in the UAV countermeasure market.
I. OEM Services: Standardized Contract Manufacturing Aligned with Brand Requirements
For clients who own independent brands and have clear product design plans but lack production capabilities, the company provides end-to-end OEM contract manufacturing services:
  • Leveraging mature production lines, it undertakes the full contract manufacturing process, from core component assembly and system integration to finished product inspection. It can customize equipment appearance (such as brand logos, shell colors) and interface specifications according to client requirements, ensuring compatibility with clients’ existing systems or usage scenarios;
  • It strictly adheres to the ISO9001 quality management system and follows the "first-piece inspection, batch sampling inspection, final factory inspection" three-level quality inspection standards. This ensures that the quality of OEM products is consistent with that of the company’s own-brand products, safeguarding clients’ brand reputation.
II. ODM Services: Full-Chain Customization to Meet Differentiated Needs
For clients without mature design plans who need to quickly launch exclusive products, the company provides full-link ODM customization services covering "demand analysis - solution design - R&D prototyping - mass production - compliance support":
  • Combining clients’ scenario-specific needs (such as adaptation to high-temperature and high-humidity environments, compliance with electromagnetic standards in specific regions, etc.), and relying on its professional R&D team, it designs tailored solutions. For example, it customizes long-endurance mobile countermeasure systems for border control clients and develops miniaturized, high-precision countermeasure devices for venue security clients;
  • After completing prototype testing and optimization in the R&D phase, it collaborates with the production department to adjust processes, ensuring the efficient implementation of the design solution. Meanwhile, it assists clients in obtaining relevant product compliance certifications (such as civil airspace security equipment certification, electromagnetic compatibility certification) and provides technical documentation support to ensure products enter the market in compliance with regulations.
III. Core Advantages of Services: Triple Support in Technology, Production, and After-Sales
  • Technology Adaptation Capability: With in-depth mastery of core UAV countermeasure technologies (including multi-sensor fusion, AI target recognition, and electromagnetic interference), it can quickly resolve technical difficulties in the OEM/ODM process—such as optimizing countermeasure power and improving detection accuracy—to ensure product performance meets standards;
  • Flexible Production Guarantee: The production line can flexibly switch between manufacturing different types of products (portable, fixed, mobile). It supports small-batch trial production and large-batch mass production, adapting to clients’ needs at different stages, from market testing to large-scale deployment;
  • Full-Cycle After-Sales Support: It provides 24/7 technical consultation to help clients solve technical issues during product use. Additionally, it offers value-added services such as equipment installation and commissioning guidance, as well as operator training, to reduce clients’ subsequent operational costs.
Currently, the company’s OEM/ODM services have covered regions including Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Cooperative cases include manufacturing portable countermeasure devices for security enterprises and customizing dedicated countermeasure systems for border control clients. In the future, the company will continue to optimize the customization process, improve service response efficiency, and provide more clients with cost-effective UAV countermeasure product solutions.
R&D
Introduction to the Company's 80-Person R&D Team

The company's 80-person R&D team serves as the core force driving technological innovation. Its members are recruited from fields including aerospace engineering, electronic warfare, artificial intelligence, and communication technology, with an average of over 6 years of experience in low-altitude security or related industries. Focused on achieving technological breakthroughs across the full chain of "detection-identification-countermeasure-early warning", the team provides solid support for the iteration of UAV countermeasure products and the implementation of scenario-specific solutions.

The team is divided into three specialized groups based on technical directions:

  • Detection Technology Group (30 members): It focuses on multi-sensor fusion technology and has overcome key challenges such as accurate radio frequency (RF) signal capture, micro-Doppler radar anti-interference, and high-definition optical intelligent recognition. The developed detection system is adaptable to scenarios like complex urban electromagnetic environments and open border airspaces, enabling precise positioning of "low, slow, small" UAVs within a range of over 1-10 kilometers, with a false alarm rate controlled below 1%.
  • Countermeasure Technology Group (25 members): Aiming at UAVs of different threat levels, it develops diverse countermeasure modules such as electromagnetic interference, laser interception, and precision net-capture. These modules can be flexibly combined according to customer needs—for example, customizing "long-distance detection + directional electromagnetic interference" solutions for airports and designing "short-distance non-destructive net-capture" equipment for key venues, so as to meet security protection requirements of various scenarios.
  • AI Algorithm Group (25 members): It applies deep learning technology to UAV target classification and threat prediction, and has built a database covering more than 200 mainstream UAV models. The developed AI model can automatically distinguish UAVs from interfering targets like birds and kites; meanwhile, it can predict intentions based on flight trajectories and issue threat warnings 20 seconds in advance, shifting countermeasure responses from "passive interception" to "active defense".

Guided by market demands, the team continuously advances technological iteration and product innovation. It has successively completed the R&D of 3 generations of core products, driving continuous breakthroughs in the detection accuracy, countermeasure efficiency, and scenario adaptability of UAV countermeasure equipment. Relevant technological achievements have been successfully applied to various key scenarios such as airports, energy bases, and government venues, providing strong technical support for low-altitude security protection.
